Citizen Base Registry

Technical contribution of the Data Privacy Brasil Research Association against decree establishing new rules for data sharing in the federal government. The decree created the Citizen Base Registry, a centralized structure of several government databases whose consultation by registered agencies would facilitate the provision of public services. The association identified problematic aspects in the decree.
