Seminar: The Construction of the Regulatory Framework for Artificial Intelligence in Brazil
The Judicial Studies Center of the Federal Justice Council (CEJ/CJF) and the Superior Court of Justice (STJ) held the seminar “The Construction of the Regulatory Framework for Artificial Intelligence in Brazil” on April 17, at the CJF auditorium.
The event aimed to discuss the development of the Regulatory Framework for Artificial Intelligence in Brazil, as well as address the main repercussions for the technoscientific innovation sector arising from the implementation of regulatory governance tools.
The seminar was supported by the National School of Magistrates (Enfam) and the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) and was under the general coordination of the Vice-President of the STJ and the CJF and Director of the CEJ, Minister Og Fernandes.
The scientific coordination of the event was led by STJ Minister Ricardo Villas Bôas Cueva, the President of the Digital Law Commission of the OAB Federal, Laura Schertel Mendes, the founding director of the Data Privacy Brazil Association, Bruno Ricardo Bioni, and the professor from the University of Brasília (UnB), Ana Frazão.
