Between the abusive and the excessive: new legal boundaries for the children and adolescent data processing in the LGPD
Driven by the new General Comment No. 25 of the Committee on the Rights of the Children of the United Nations (UN), the researchers Rafael Zanatta, Jonas Valente and Júlia Mendonça question whether the Brazilian General Data Protection Statute(LGPD) provides outlines for the configuration of what is abusive and what is excessive in relation to the children and adolescents personal data processing..
