Data Privacy Brasil wants Anatel and ANPD to investigate massive sending of electoral SMS in Paraná

According to  the MobileTime website, journalist Isabel Butcher highlights the representation sent by the Data Privacy Brazil Research Association to the Public Prosecutor’s Office asking the agency to investigate complaints of mass shooting of SMS in favor of Jair Bolsonaro from the number used by the Government of the State of Paraná. In addition, the report points out that the organization will file a formal complaint with the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) and with Anatel.

Pedro Saliba, researcher at Data Privacy, points out that the intention is to investigate crimes against the democratic rule of law and protection of personal data.
